My name is Justin Jones and I'm a Designer / Illustrator based out of Orange County, California. I've been working professionally as a graphic designer for more than 5 years. Throughout the course of my career I've had the opportunity to wear many hats and work with some very high-end clients.
I am currently working full-time as a UX/UI Designer where I get to design for mobile applications and work with cutting edge technology. It's a great opportunity that allows me to solve problems with creative thinking. However, my passion truly lies in illustration.
TinBot Creative is the outcome of my time as a graphic designer and trying to merge it with my passion for illustration. A lot of the inspiration for my pieces are pulled from my favorite childhood characters as well as some of my new favorites of today.

Most orders get shipped within 3-5 days that the order was placed. Once the order has shipped it takes around 1 to 3 business days to arrive. In most cases you will be supplied with a tracking number once the order has shipped. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to take effect.
Apparel is "made-to-order" which means that its not actually created until the order is placed. Processing time for a piece of apparel takes an estimated 7 business days. This number can fluctuate depending on time of year, usually during holidays there are spikes in business which make processing take longer. Once shipped, domestic orders take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.
International packages take significantly longer. It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks for a package to be delivered once ships. If the package does not deliver within this timeframe is usually means that its been held up in customs for inspection. Unfortunately, customs officials work at their own pace and the process can take up to 12 weeks in some countries. Due to customs clearance being outside of my control I cannot provide a time-definitive delivery guarentee for international shipping.
Customers have 72 hours to contact me if there is any shipping damage to their purchased product. Photographed proof of the damaged goods must be sent to email@example.com.
